Elimination of taxes on all buildings, while taxing ONLY the land-sites under & around all structures, is proving itself since 1968 to be the ideal  tax-formular for  property-owners in some 2-dozen small towns of the State of Philadelphia.

The same equitable property-tax combination  is enjoyed further around the world (see titles at top of this page), where building-owners in 3 very much-larger cities enjoy the same property-value protection, thereby sharing the same intrinsicaly-fair benefits.

Such tax-application ensures equity, by protecting the inherently equitable effects of taxing ONLY land values to pay the total costs of government services. Thereby, the ENTIRE productive benefits of  wages & business profits  are channeled into the pockets of  ONLY those who produced them.

Beginning 1964, 17 small towns in style="color: blue; e"> Pennsylvanianow apply this ethical method of taxing fixed-properties  - recently   enjoyiing its in-built protection from nation-wide property gambling.((These towns were first persuaded by the longer  performance of: London,U.K. - Durban,S.A  Melbourne; Australia  - Christchurch,N.Z).
